Ingredients

2 oz Pisco

0.75 oz lemon juice - freshly squeezed

0.5 oz simple syrup

2 slices fresh grapefruit

1.5 oz soda water

grapefruit slices and mint sprig - for garnish

Gin Cucumber Cooler

Ingredients

1 shot of gin (I prefer Hendricks for this cocktail)

1/2 shot St. Germain liqueur

1/2 shot fresh cucumber juice* (you’ll need a cucumber whether you make the juice or just muddle it)

1/2 lime, juiced

1/4-1/2 shot mint (or basil) simple syrup* (adjust the amount to your sweetness preference)

2 ounces Von Humboldt’s Turmeric cordial

1/2 ounce London dry gin, such as Plymouth

1/2 lime, juiced

Club soda to top

2 oz mezcal

1/2 oz lime juice

2 oz blood orange juice

2 oz ginger beer

1 part D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac

3 parts Maison Marcel Rosé (or another French off-dry rosé)

½ part simple syrup

2 fresh strawberries

2 cubes of fresh watermelon

1 cup ice

1/2 oz Peachtree schnapps (Dekuyper)

1/2 oz Blue Curacao (Dekuyper)

3 oz Sweet and sour
