30 ml Whiskey - Tennessee whiskey

25 ml Orange Curaçao liqueur

25 ml Vermouth - Rosso/rouge 

(sweet) vermouth

2 Angostura or other aromatic bitters

50 ml Ginger ale

1 1/2 ounces white or aged rum

1-ounce guava juice

1-ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1/3 ounce simple syrup


Violet Fizz

Ingredients

2 OZ. GIN

3/4 OZ. FRESH LEMON JUICE

1/2 OZ. CRÈME DE VIOLETTE (PALOMAR USES BITTER TRUTH VIOLET)

1/4 OZ. ORGEAT

1/4 OZ. RICH SIMPLE SYRUP (2:1)

½ OZ. FRESH EGG WHITE (PASTEURIZED IF YOU LIKE)

¼ OZ. PASSION FRUIT SYRUP

¼ OZ. BLUE CURAÇAO

1 OZ. CHILLED SPARKLING WATER TO TOP

Ingredients

0 Isterninger

5 centiliter Gin (dry)

2 centiliter Mangosirup (Monin sirup med mango eller mangopuré)

0.25 stk. Lime (saften fra 2 både)

0 Schweppes Lemon (til at toppe af med)


Frenchie

Ingredients

2 ounces gin

1/2 ounce St-Germain

2 1/2 ounces grapefruit juice,

freshly squeezed

Garnish: grapefruit wedge


Northern Harvest Buck

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces Crown Royal Northern Harvest rye whiskey

3/4 ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed

3 ounces ginger beer, chilled

2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Garnish: lemon wheel

Garnish: mint sprig
