1-ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice (approx. one lime)
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces sparkling water

2 pounds fresh plums, halved and pitted
⅓ cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

¼ cup club soda

Ingredients
30-45 ml Rum (to taste)
half dragon fruit ((muddled))
half lime ((muddled))
2 bar spoons of cane sugar
1 sprig of Mint

Mojito Caballito
The classic Mojito gets the mellow addition
of dry vermouth in this soft, summery cocktail.

¾ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
1½ oz. white rum
½ oz. dry vermouth

4-5 oz. club soda
3-4 dashes of Angostura bitters

MATCHA MINT JULEPS
INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons matcha (food grade is fine)
3/4 cup cool water
1/2 cup lightly packed fresh spearmint leaves, plus a few sprigs for garnish
2 tablespoons organic blonde cane sugar
1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
