Ingredients

60 ml (2 oz.) Canadian whisky

30 ml (1 oz.) citrus liqueur

30 ml (1 oz.) lime juice

Ice cubes

1 lime wedge

Preparation

In a shaker

Combine all the ingredients, except 

for the lime wedge, in a shaker filled with ice cubes.

Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a margarita glass using an ice strainer.

Garnish with the lime wedge.

In a blender

Frost the rim of a margarita glass 

using water and sugar.

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into the margarita glass.

Peach Margarita

180 ml (3/4 cup) frozen peaches

In a blender

Rim a margarita glass with sugar.

Combine all the ingredients, 

except for the peach slice, in an electric blender.

Blend on low until smooth.

Pour into a margarita glass.

Garnish with the peach slice on a pick.

Salt (for frosting)

Preparation

In a blender

Frost the rim of a margarita glass 

using water and salt.

Combine all the ingredients, 

except for the grapefruit wedge, in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Combine tequila, citrus liqueur, lime juice, 

and crushed ice cubes in an electric blender.

Blend on low speed, until mixture is smooth.

Pour into a margarita glass.

Garnish with a slice of lime.

4-5 raspberries

Combine the vodka, lemonade, and raspberries in a blender containing ice cubes.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into a margarita glass.

Garnish with a raspberry and a mint leaf.
